Where does Mark & Day ship?

We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we cannot provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the control of the United States. At this time, we also do not offer shipping to Canada or Mexico.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently,we do not ship internationally either.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No, shipping is free for all orders. However, for returning the package, please check the Shipping & Return Page.

Which shipping carrier will deliver my order?

We usually ship regular-sized items via Fedex. For oversize, we ship it with our partnered LTL shipping companies.

How can I change my shipping address?

Your shipping address will be updated if you contact our Customer Service Department by calling toll-free 877-380-3830 between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, sending an email to support@markandday.com, or getting in contact with us via 24/7 Live Chat. You will receive a confirmation email once your shipping address is changed.

FedEx claims to have delivered my product, but I did not receive it. What should I do?

You can immediately contact us via phone call, email, or live chat. We check your order and if it shows that it has been delivered we will coordinate with the carrier while you can also check your local post office. There are times that tracking shows are delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. If you still haven't received the item in 3 business days please let us know.  

My order is on pre-order or back order, when will I know it's on its way?

Items on a back order are unable to be fulfilled by our suppliers at the present moment. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict when they will have more in stock. Whenever possible, we will do our best to inform you when there is an anticipated ship date on a back-ordered item.

Can I delay my order from shipping?
