Shipping and Returns


Your in-stock items will ship on us within 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified. Items ordered together may arrive in multiple packages and arrive on different delivery dates. After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.


If your item is eligible for a return and it is in its original, unused, undamaged condition, it can be returned when a request is made within 60 days of receiving your purchase. To exchange your item, please contact us at or (877)380-3830.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective,
please contact us within two business days for a replacement. Variation and imperfection in weave, fiber size, color, and overall rug size (up to 2-3” in length and width) are normal characteristics of rugs and are not considered a manufacturing defect.

Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen.
