Your in-stock items will ship on us within 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified. Items ordered together may arrive in multiple packages and arrive on different delivery dates. After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

For whatever reason, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may hassle-free return unused items within 60 days after their delivery date. All returns must be received unused and undamaged. We do not accept any returns after the 60-day time period.

While we always offer free shipping on all orders, we are currently unable to provide free shipping for returns. However, we can offer discounted return shipping rates for your convenience. This discount is only applicable to rugs less than 108 inches in length. We also include a quick-print FedEx return label for your convenience.

Please note: Merchandise returned damaged, without a return authorization number (RA#) or later than 60 days after the RA# was issued may be refused.
