How to care for your rug

Regular vacuuming with your vacuum’s beater bar off is recommended. For immediate spills, blot with water and a towel. When you have your rug professional cleaned, we suggest providing your rug cleaning professional with the fiber content and construction of your rug.

Shipping

We prioritize getting your order out within one business day from order placement. We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States. We do not provide shipping to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

Returns

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 60 days of delivery date. All returns must be in original condition. We do not accept any returns after 60 days.
