Shipping Fee
We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we cannot provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the United States' control. At this time, we also do not offer shipping to Canada or Mexico.
Modifying or Cancellations
Your order is important to us, which is why we processed and sent out right away. Once the order is submitted and you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling toll free 1-877-381-3411 between 9:00 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday or send an email to support@markandday.com to modify or cancel it.
You can cancel any order before it ships out. Generally, we ship out the orders the same or the next day. If you need to cancel, you need to call/email before 2:00 pm EST. However, once an item shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you missed the window to cancel the order, you can always set up a return and send it back. Please note, return shipping costs may apply.
Availability
Transit time will depend on the state. Delivery on the east coast is from 2 to 3 days. But as you go more towards midwest to the west coast, the transit times changed to 4 to 5 days.
