Avoid uneven fading and wear by rotating your rug occasionally.
The material and construction will determine whether you should trim or tuck a pull.
When you remove the packaging and unfurl the rug, it is normal for the corners to be curled.
To fix this;
Place an object like a book or a piece of furniture on each corner to weigh it down.
You can also flip the rug upside down for a few days. Then your rug will be ready to go.

We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we cannot provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the United States' control. At this time, we also do not offer shipping to Canada or Mexico.

Once the order is submitted and you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling toll free 1-877-381-3411 between 9:00 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday or send an email to email@example.com to modify or cancel it. You can cancel any order before it ships out. Generally, we ship out the orders the same or the next day. If you need to cancel, you need to call/email before 2:00 pm EST. However, once an item shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you missed the window to cancel the order, you can always set up a return and send it back. Please note, return shipping costs may apply.
Transit time will depend on the state. Delivery on the east coast is from 2 to 3 days. But as you go more towards midwest to the west coast, the transit times changed to 4 to 5 days.
